You have been beyond helpful and friendly throughout the process. I wanted to take the opportunity to express how impressed my husband and I have been with our entire experience with Leafguard. Joel, the representative who first came to talk to us was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious that he not only had thorough expertise in the product but genuinely believed in the integrity and value of the Leafguard System. We did research and evaluated other products, but in the end committed to Leafguard even though it was more expensive.

That decision quickly proved to be a wise choice as, on the first day of installation, Doug and Mike showed up and asked us to confirm our color selection. As it turns out, we all agreed that the color we initially chose was not the best for our home. The installers did not hesitate to cancel our installation for the day and come back the next day with the new color. Had we gone with the original color, we would have been disappointed (with our own selection), but because of their initiative and patience, we are quite pleased. Doug and Mike stated that they wanted us to be completely satisfied with the outcome and would willingly return at no charge to us. They, too, were very professional speaking highly of the company and the owner. I have never seen people work so hard and so efficiently, especially in the sweltering heat. We had our first heavy rains since the system was installed and it was wonderful to know that our home was protected by such a wonderful product. We will highly recommend your product and services.
