Englert LeafGuard® Product Warranty Overview:

LeafGuard of the Southeast Carolinas guarantees the leaf guard system purchased and installed for the customer and at address below. The gutter leaf guard system will remain free flowing provided the gutter and attached downspout is not externally damaged impeding the surface adhesion and/or internal flow of roof rainwater. Small amounts of debris inside the gutters do not constitute a clog. In the unlikely event your leaf guard system or 3" x 4" downspout are no longer free flowing (clogged), LeafGuard of the Southeast Carolinas, will unclog or replace the impeded leaf guard downspout section (LeafGuard or the Southeast Carolinas' choice) at no charge to the original purchaser.

This warranty is subject to the concurrent installation of oversized 3" x 4" downspouts. If downspouts other than 3" x 4" are utilized, this warranty makes no claim as to the performance, or continued performance of such downspouts, and the ability to make sure existing downspouts are clear of any prior debris or blockage.

If the home is subsequently sold and LeafGuard of the Southeast Carolinas feels that gutter leaf guard system and downspouts (if applicable) are in satisfactory condition, ownership may be transferred. The warranty can be transferred to the subsequent homeowner for a fee of $100.00.

LEAFGUARD® EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

LeafGuard of the Southeast Carolinas is not responsible for consequential damage such as rotten fascia boards, moisture or water issues to underground or lower levels of the structure. It is the homeowners' responsibility to keep underground drains clean and free flowing. If the gutter leaf guard system is removed or re-installed by any other company other than LeafGuard of the Southeast Carolinas, the No-Clog Warranty becomes null and void. Damage to the leaf guard system by wind, hail or other acts of God are not covered by this warranty. Leaks at miters, inside or outside corners, flashing and end caps are guaranteed for a period of one year. We recommend that you power wash your system at least once a year. If mold forms across the lip of the gutter leaf guard system, it could keep the system from working properly. Any services not covered by this warranty will be charged the current service charge plus any parts or materials.

Except for what is contained herein, there are no other warranties expressed or implied for our gutter leaf guard systems.
